Problème de vebtilateur, virus ? (hijackthis)

Bonjour,

J’ai acheté un ordinateur Acer Aspire X3810 il y de ca 1 an et du jour au lendemain il c’est mis a faire un bruit insoutenable… le ventilateur tourne a plein régime sans cesse, qu’il soit en veille ou que je joue a des jeux.
J’ai donc commencé par le démonter, retiré le ventilateur retirer la grille bizarre entre le procésseur et le ventilateur, fait la poussière dessus dedans…
J’ai remonté le bordel et, après quelques instant sous windows, l’avion redemarre…
J’ai regardé un peu le forum j’ai vu qu’on l’on conseillait fréquemment Speedfan. Il me donne ces résultats : 33° et le ventilo a 4219 rpm. Je mis connais pas bien mais il me semble que 33° n’est pas une température bien élevée pour un CPU donc je ne comprend pas pourquoi mon ventilateur s’affole ainsi !
Je n’arrive pas a régler sa vitesse dans le BIOS, il ne m’indique que des indications mais que je ne peu pas modifier…

Bonsoir,

Je viens d’analyser ton rapport. Je n’ai pas trouvé d’infedtions, mais le rapport est incomplet (il ne montre pas tous les processus en exécution.

De toutes façons, je ne pense pas que ton système soit infecté. Je pense plutôt au roulement du ventilateur en panne.

Il suffit de le remplacer (le ventilateur). En plus, ton pc doit être sous garantie encore.

Si toutefois tu veux t’assurer de ne pas avoir des virus, télécharge PSV Carifred[/url] de [url=http://www.carifred.com/]Carifred.com.

Installe-le et double-clique sur PSV carifred 2.3 sur ton bureau. choisis l’option 10:Analyser le système et créer un rapport sur le bureau en tapant 10 puis Entrée puis choisis l’option 1:Rapport Express en tapant 1 puis Entrée. Ceci créera et ouvrira un rapport avec des infos sur ton système. Poste-le.

J’ai analysé tous le fichiers de ton rapport et je n’ai pas trouvé d’infections.

Dans quelques ordinateurs le logiciel ma-config.com peut créer des problèmes de ralentissement ou de plantages de l’Explorateur Windows. Je ne crois pas que ce soit ton cas, mais tu peux t’en assurer en le désinstallant temporairement.

Essaye le remplacement du ventilateur, si tu veux et tiens-nous au courant des nouvelles.

j’ai du installé maconfig.com hier ou avant hier pour trouvé le nom de ma carte mère pour la rentrer dans speedfan, et mon probleme tait deja là avant… bah je crois que je vais suivre ton conseil et changer mon ventilateur ! Merci pour les analyses et bonne journée !
