Ecran bleu rapport Hijackthis: besoin d'aide

Bonjour voila j’ai souvent divers ecrand bleu ces dernier temps j ai fait plein de test mais je m en sort pas si vous pouviez m’aider

Commencer par une description détaillées du matériel alimentation comprise, ton OS… et a rajouter dans ton profil pour une autre fois.

L’écran bleu se fait au démarrage ou après ? quel est le code affiché ?

Un scan avec Antivir a été fait ? Un test avec Malwarebytes

malwarebyte encours, antivirus ne donne rien
les code des ecrans bleus sont très varisé ca va du: Memory management, Ntfs.sys, RDR Fice Time, Systeme Service Exeption
ils ont surtout lieu quelque minutes apres le lancement vu l erreur j ai deja fait des test de memoire ram et aucune erreur est detectée
pour le scandisk je l ai fait mais visiblement ca n as rien modifier mais je vais le recommencer.

d’acord merci

bon les problèmes sont revenu et visiblement de nouvelles erreures ntfs sont présentes ( corigées par chkdsk )

j’avoue que je comprends plus rien hiers le pc ma fait aucun plantage alors que je l ai utilisé toute la journée je pensais le problème résolue je rentre ce soir j allume 6 ecran bleu d affilé obligé d utilisé le portable pour poster …

Il faut relever les N° de code d’erreur, cela donnera des indications, regarder aussi dans le gestionnaire d’événements, des erreurs devraient apparaître.

C’est un utilitaire qui analyse les écrans bleus et qui devrait nous dire quel driver a provoqué le plantum.

Dans la liste de programmes tu recherches Crash Analysis Tools et tu cliques sur Download Free Home Edition.

 Tu l'installes.
  S'il te propose de télécharger un module manquant, accepte.

 A la fin de l'installation, le programme va se lancer. Ferme la fenêtre, il y a une petite manip à faire sous Vista:

Sur ton bureau tu dois trouver l'icone WhoCrashed: Image

Clique droit sur cette icone et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur. Le programme va se lancer.

 Clique sur le bouton Analyse.
