Notable Bugs (Complete bug list):
When breaking the Beacon block the Particle effect that comes off it still has the old texture.
If the world is generated before this snapshot hostile mobs can be glitchy and not burn in sunlight.
Using an invisibility potion while in 3rd person view causes any mob head being worn to not rotate along the Y-axis with the player's head.
When worn, Heads conflict with the "helmet" portion of a player's skin.
Mobs(mainly zombies and skeletons) sometimes can walk inside blocks.
4x4 pantings (and presumably 4x3 and 4x2) paintings upon upgrade from 1.3.2 have been observed to drop upon block load
